We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages visitors read and where they come from. It records the pages you view, the page that sent you here, your approximate location (country and city), your device and browser, and interactions such as scrolling, clicks on links to other sites and form submissions. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Google signals and advertising features are off, and we do not use the data for advertising.

With your consent, Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_J26BM19LXT, which last up to 2 years. We keep event data for no more than 14 months. Google processes the data for us and may do so in the United States.

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics cookies stay off until you accept them. Until then Google may receive visits without cookies or identifiers. Elsewhere analytics is on by default. You can accept or decline at any time in cookie settings, also linked in the footer. Declining removes the analytics cookies.

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email, company and message by email through our email provider, Mailgun. We use them only to answer you and follow up, and delete them on request.

Netlify hosts the site and Cloudflare delivers and protects it. Both process your IP address and request details in server logs to deliver pages and stop abuse. Fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.

Analytics in the EEA, UK and Switzerland is based on your consent. Answering messages, hosting and security are based on our legitimate interest in running the site and replying to you. We do not sell personal data.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to support@salessurgelabs.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
