How do I give a free gift at a quantity tier?

Any tier can carry one or more free gifts. Open the tier in Price tiers, choose Add free gift, and pick a whole product or one specific variant. When the customer adds that tier from the widget, the gift goes into the cart with it and is free at checkout, with no code and no separate discount to maintain. In the widget the gift shows its image, a label you write such as “FREE GIFT!”, and its price struck through. A tier can also grant free shipping instead of, or as well as, a gift. For a gift based on the cart total rather than a quantity, use Cart rewards instead.

Steps

1. Open the deal and go to Price tiers.
2. On the tier that should unlock the gift, choose Add free gift.
3. Select the product or the exact variant to give away, and set its Quantity.
4. Write the Custom text shown on the gift. The default is “FREE GIFT!”.
5. Decide whether to “Show crossed-out price” and whether to “Make image clickable”.
6. To add free shipping at the same tier, choose Add free shipping and leave the mode on “Create it for me (recommended)”.
7. Optionally enable the Rewards progress bar so customers see how far they are from the gift.
8. Save and activate the deal.
